Boy, it is already May 12th. Does it feel to anyone else like we are in some sort of time warp? Somehow this year is passing us by and yet we are forced to be more still than ever.
How are you doing? I know for me, when this all started, it felt more calm and peaceful than I have felt in a long time. But as more and more time passes, the energy has become restless and even aggressive. People went from being nicer than I’ve experienced in a while, to being assertive and more grouchy.
Obviously, this quarantine is affecting everyone in their own way. The most important thing you can do for yourself is to check in with you. The energies, emotions, thoughts, etc. that are coming up right now are coming up for a reason. What are they trying to communicate to you? What messages and lessons do they bring to you?
Another important piece of all of this, no matter what perspective you see this “pandemic” from, is that everything has a higher purpose. That higher purpose may be different from individual to individual as well as for each city, state, country and the whole earth.
What things can you be thankful and grateful for right now. Keeping a focus on gratitude and thanks can help move the focus on what is lacking. In what ways do you experience abundance daily? Spring is springing everywhere – what beauty and abundance can you experience from nature?
Life looks different right now than any of us could have ever imagined. What you do with that, how you react/respond gives you information about what is meant for you. How can you help yourself out of the pandemic of the mind? Not of the physical virus but what it is doing to your thoughts, feelings and actions.
This is the time to continue to get clear on what you want to create in your world and your world starts within you. When you are at peace, you attract peace. When you are in fear, you attract more fear. This is the most important time to be mindful about what you are creating physically, emotionally, mentally and especially spiritually. Most people have more time right now to learn to create new health-ful patterns that can last the rest of their lives. In a sense, this is a life re-do. What new patterns and structures can you create for yourself to be the best you can be?
