If you have a product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos so we can send a replacement.
For Energy Healing Sessions we have a 24 hr notice cancellation policy. All cancelations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance with a 10% Fee.
